To start an exchange, you can contact us at queries@bunnyhug.in. 

Exchanges

If the product(s) received is/are damaged, kindly send us the photographic proof along with order ID on queries@bunnyhug.in. We will investigate the case and ship the replacement on the same address as provided while placing the order. 

Refunds
We do not give refunds.
